The association is governed by a board of directors composed of parents, mental health professionals, and experts from the nonprofit sector. This board is supported by advisory committees and specialized working groups in areas such as training, advocacy, and communication. The day-to-day management is overseen by a dedicated coordination team and committed volunteers.
